I asked a Black woman for advice (because why wouldn’t I?), they said “be kind to yourself” no one has ever said that to me. This was days ago but it is really hitting me today, I’m grateful to have those words said to me. So if you are a Black man that’s never been reminded to be kind to yourself, I’m saying it to you now. BE KIND TO YOURSELF BLACK MAN, YOU DESERVE THAT MUCH. ❤️
