42 out of 100

42 out of 100: I believe trauma has rewired the cells of some Black men, so much that many Black men would rather not remind themselves of their natural quality that makes them human. The last Black man I asked to participate (here in Harlem) simply said “I can’t do that” but he didn’t explain what exactly couldn’t he do. I’m learning that I need atleast 10 minutes of conversation in order to explain that the message is greater than the discomfort.
