Im thankful for those referring friends for this photo-series, and I’m thankful for everyone that’s still engaged with this sorta precarious collective exercise that’s meant to humanize us. If you are a cis white male, I hope you consider your roll while gazing inside of the personal safe spaces of Black men. It’s your responsibility to help lessen or atleast limit the growth of racism and toxic masculinity, don’t ask me how, that is your work to do. Like @yoloakili said “we can’t talk about Black masculinity without talking about white masculinity and the white imagination” ||
